Conflict Management
All conflict Management Officers have received extensive training up to the new national accreditation level in this case ncfe level 2. In addition to this, officers have undertaken 100s of hours training and work in advanced conflict management. We have trained handcuff officers able to restrain and apply force in accordance with section 3 of the criminal law act, all officers receive comprehensive tuition in Home Office approved restraints.
Officers have never used handcuffs and we are proud of this fact. All officers are tactically trained for close quarter operations and situation diffusing.
Sovereign have managed over 500 conflict situations since our initial contract Euoro96 resulting in sporting bans, arrests and court appearances and issued warnings. Available for any event our conflict management officers offer an alternative to costly policing operations however mostly work in conjunction with the police.
